Content  In Ohio, more than 80% of all new jobs are created by businesses that are already in existence!!   You and your organization/constituents can learn from a Certified Consultant for Business Retention and Expansion how to implement a business retention and expansion project for tourism, health care, retail, service or other industry clusters specific to your respective area.  The Ohio Business Retention and Expansion Initiative will serve to help you create the long-term goal of stabilizing and managing the growth of the local economy while preserving and improving the quality of life in the community.  The strategy is to build a database of information that identifies the strengths and weaknesses of the local economy and can be used to make informed economic development decisions for optimal impact across all sectors and segments.  The outcomes will be job retention and growth, an improved business climate and the creation of a factual base for attraction and community marketing.

Content  What do you know about your personality type?  How might understanding type help you communicate in a clearer fashion?  This program will use the MBTI inventory to do personal assessments of participants and help them understand type and "type talk" in their daily work - both at home and at work.  Taught by a trained MBTI Instructor.
